 Payment Services

Walk-in:
You can bring cash, a cashier's check, money order or personal check for the amount to be remitted, plus fees, to our office location in Chicago. Checks must be for the amount to be transferred, we cannot cash checks. Please make all checks to MoneyXpress. We cannot accept third party endorsed checks. Personal checks will be held until cleared by the bank and may be deposited using electronic funds transfer (EFT) to expedite the processing of the transaction.

Online:
The most convenient way to send funds. Just provide us with the necessary information and we will provide you with a user name and password. You can then track payments, send money and file complaints online. There is a $5 per transaction charge to send money online. There is no charge to track payments.

Mail:
You can mail a cashier's check, money order or personal check for the amount to be remitted, plus fees, to our office location in Chicago. Checks must be for the amount to be transferred. Direct Deposit:
You can deposit funds directly into our bank account. We have accounts with various banks depending on your state. Please call customer service for information on bank accounts and locations. Once you deposit cash into our account, simply fax the deposit slip to our customer service center. We will verify the funds are cleared with the bank and process your transaction. There is a $5 per transaction fee for this service. We only accept cash deposits.

Karachi

Regular Delivery:
Delivery to your home within 3-4 business days. Limited to the Karachi metro area. Some areas may not be available for delivery. Please consult with your customer service representative regarding limitations.

Urgent Delivery:
Delivery to your home within 48 hours, 24 hours in most areas. Some areas may not be available for delivery. Please consult with your customer service representative regarding limitations. There is $10 per transaction charge for this service.

Regular Pick-up:
Recipient can pick up their remittance from our office in Karachi. Allow three to four business days for funds to be available.

Urgent Pick-up:
Recipient can pick up funds from our office in Karachi within 24 hours. There is a $10 per transaction charge for this service.

Bank Deposit:
Deposit funds into any bank, other than Askari and AL-falah banks in Karachi, for a $5 charge. For Askari and Al-falah bank there's a $10 charge. There is no wealth tax deduction for this transaction and funds will be received into the recipients' account within 24 hours.

All other cities in Pakistan:

Online:
If your recipient carries an account with Al-Falah bank or Askari bank we can send an on-line transfer into their bank account. There is no wealth tax deduction for this transaction and funds will be received into the recipients' account within 24 hours. There is $10 per transaction fee for this service.

TCS:
We utilize the TCS overnight service to send a bank draft to your home. Currently TCS serves over 200 cities within Pakistan. There is a $10 per transaction fee for this service as well as a wealth and excise tax deduction by the government of Pakistan when the draft is made. TT:
A Telegraphic transfer can be made in any branch of Habib and Muslim Commercial Bank. The price may vary between $0 to $10. The service can take anywhere from 4-12 bussiness days. There is a Wealth and Excise surcharge implied by the Goverment of Pakistan on these types of transfers. Please contact our office for more details.

Urgent Pick-up:
Recipient can pick up funds from our office outside Karachi within 24 hours. There is a $10 per transaction charge for this service. Please contact our office for more details.

Bank Draft:
A Bank Draft can be made for anywhere in INDIA. This service generally takes between 3-4 bussiness days within the major cities and between 7-10 days in remote areas. The Fee structurefor this service are given below;
